vendors
at twelve29, we welcome all outside vendors! it's your day and we want you to work with whoever is your best fit. please view our vendor policies and pass the information onto your vendors as well! we look forward to working with you and those who will help make your event the best day it can be!
please note, any vendors are welcome access to the venue after 10am, day of the event. all items must be brought in day of and removed night of. all items must be delivered/set up prior to guest arrival time. all liability insurance documents must be named to Twelve29WI, LLC. we do allow 30 minutes after venue close for client and vendors to finish packing & loading their belongings.
catering
twelve29 does have a prep kitchen equipped with basic catering equipment, all of which is available for your caterer to use. we do assess a $2 per guest catering fee to your caterer based on your final guest count. this charge will be added to your final bill. some caterers to include this charge in their pricing. please check with them on their policies.
please note that twelve29 is not responsible for anything related to dinner service.
prior to your caterer's arrival, we do require a copy of their license, liability insurance and signed copy of our catering policy.
caterers - when you arrive, please pull around to the back of the building. you will see a garage door that you're welcome to bring all equipment in through. please dispose of all garbage & recycling in nearby trash disposals. please also refer to our catering checklist to complete prior to leaving the premise.
dj's & bands
we know the dj and band are an important part of the party, and are looking forward to the fun! Friday and Saturday events have last call at 11:30pm with venue close at midnight. Sunday-Thursday events have last call at 10:30pm with venue close at 11:00pm. a 6ft table will be provided if needed. the village of lannon does enforce a 90dB level at the property line. please be mindful when playing music.
photographers & videographers
we are so excited for you to see our space! we hope you'll love the geometric designs and are eager to see your photos! we would love for you to share your photos with us on social media and to feature on our website!
rental companies
any rental items for your event must be delivered after 10am morning of the event, and removed night of the event, unless otherwise arranged by twelve29.
