VENUE POLICIES
All items for your event must be removed at the end of the event.
Minimum of 125 guests are required for Saturdays from May-October. If minimum is not met, a $35 per guest charge to meet minimum will be assessed to final bill.
Any type of decor is allowed with the exception of glitter, confetti, rice or anything that may damage the facility.
Vendors are allowed access after 10am the day of your event.
Last call Friday/Saturday is 11:30pm, Sunday-Thursday is 10:30pm
20% service charge & 5% sales tax applied to bar items
Owners & staff reserves the right to remove any guest for displaying inappropriate behavior.
We are a smoke-free facility, however; we do have designated smoking areas outside the premise.
Vehicles left over-night must be picked up by 10am the next day.
We are dog friendly, however; all dogs must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after if necessary.
Ceremony held in main dinner area will incur a room flip and additional $100 charge to cover additional staffing
Client’s caterer must perform all activities related to food preparation, presentation, serving, clean-up, and disposal of related garbage. Client’s catering service is responsible for the set-up, break down, and clean-up of their items as well as clearing guest table items.
All vendors (florists, bakers, caterers, musicians, photographers, wedding coordinators, rental company, etc.) must adhere to our terms and policies. It is your responsibility to share these guidelines with them. All electrical outlets on the property are available for use by the wedding parties and their vendors.
Client acknowledges that there are certain noise limits in the Village of Lannon and if a noise disturbance occurs, client shall reduce the volume upon request by twelve29wi LLC.

all beverages must be provided by twelve29. per wisconsin law, outside beverages are not allowed and will be confiscated
party favors may not contain alcoholic beverages
underage guests are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages only with consent of parents. id is required
