venue policies

 

returned signed contract and deposit must be obtained to secure event date

deposits are non-refundable unless date is re-booked

5.1% sales tax and applicable service charge to be applied to any transactions

final details must be given to twelve29 two weeks prior to event date

all items for your event must be removed at the end of the event

any type of decor is allowed with the exception of glitter, confetti, rice or anything that may damage the facility

clients and vendors are allowed access after 10am the day of your event. 

we reserve the right to remove any guest for displaying inappropriate behavior

vehicles left over night must be picked up by 10am the next day

we are dog friendly. all dogs must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after if necessary

twelve29 is not responsible for lost or stolen items

during your event you are responsible, and will be subjected to charges after your event, for any theft or damage made by you or your guests to any equipment and/or property of twelve29

all activities related to food preparation, presentation, serving, clean-up, and disposal of related garbage must be performed by you or your caterer. your catering service is responsible for the set-up, break down, and clean-up of the event 

all vendors (florists, bakers, caterers, musicians, photographers, wedding coordinators, rental company, etc.) must adhere to our terms and policies.  It is your responsibility to share these guidelines with them. All electrical outlets on the property are available for use by the wedding parties and their vendors. 

alcohol policies

all beverages must be provided by twelve29. per wisconsin law, outside beverages are not allowed and will be confiscated

 

party favors may not contain alcoholic beverages 

underage guests are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages only with consent of parents. id is required
