twelve29 can accommodate up to 250 guests. certain table set up is recommended to maximize layout space
we do require 125 guest minimum for Saturdays from May-October, otherwise there are no minimums that must be met at twelve29
50% of the booking cost is due at contract signing. the other 50% is due 30 days prior to your event
deposits are non-refundable unless date is rebooked

yes! we have two indoor ceremony locations to accommodate smaller and larger group sizes. the larger area will incur a separate fee to flip room for dinner
you're welcome to bring in any decor you'd like as long as there is no damage done to the property/space. confetti & glitter are not allowed
you and your vendors are able to access the space anytime after 10am
yes! there are lots of nearby locations such as menomonee park and downtown menomonee falls
no problem! we will work out a pro-rated package price for the bar...the more the merrier
our round tables are 60" rounds and seat 8- 10 per table. our rectangle tables can seat up to 10 per table
all beverages must be provided by twelve29. any outside beverages brought in will be confiscated. favors including alcohol are not permitted
the service charge covers planning, staffing, all set up and breakdown for the event as well as staff to maintain cleanliness during the event
you are welcome to use any vendors you'd like aside from twelve29 for beverages
yes your caterer needs to be full service and provide everything related to food service. please note we do have a $2 per guest commission caterer charge. we do have a prep kitchen available for your caterer's use
yes of course! always better safe than sorry! we do request that cars be picked up by 12pm the next day
yes! the space is all one level and bathrooms are also handicap accessible.
