how many people can twelve29 hold?
twelve29 can accommodate up to 250 guests. certain table set up is recommended to maximize layout space
what is the deposit policy?
50% of the booking cost is due at contract signing. the other 50% is due 30 days prior to your event
what is your cancellation policy?
deposits are non-refundable unless date is rebooked

can i have my ceremony there too?
yes! we have two indoor ceremony locations to accommodate smaller and larger group sizes. the larger area will incur a separate fee to flip room for dinner
are there any rules in regards to decor?
you're welcome to bring in any decor you'd like as long as there is no damage done to the property. confetti & glitter are not allowed
what time are we able to access the venue?
you and your vendors are able to access the space anytime after 10am
do you have any preferred vendors?
you are welcome to use any vendors you'd like aside from twelve29 for beverages. please note we do have a $2 per guest commission caterer charge and your caterer must be full service
do you offer on-site coordination?
from start to finish, we will be there to help you along the way with any questions. we will also be there on your day to help direct vendors and guests where to go!
what is the alcohol policy?
all beverages must be provided by twelve29. any outside beverages brought in will be confiscated. favors including liquor are not permitted
what does the service charge cover?
the service charge covers planning, staffing, all set up and breakdown for the event as well as staff to maintain cleanliness during the event
are there any minimums?
we do require 125 guest minimum for Saturdays from May-October, otherwise there are no minimums that must be met at twelve29
is there somewhere nearby to take pictures?
menomonee park is a great place nearby for pictures!
what if i have reception only guests?
no problem! we will work out a pro-rated package price for the bar...the more the merrier!
how many people do you seat at a table?
our round tables are 60" rounds and seat 8-10 per table. our rectangle tables can seat up to 10 per table
